A career in the details.
I've spent close to thirty years running high-volume operations, from restaurant floors and supermarket aisles to a European delivery network spanning 10 countries and three delivery models.
I've led a team of 107 across four food brands, and for the last decade I've built the standards, audits and data systems that keep large operations safe.
That work taught me what lasts. Businesses built on discipline beat businesses built on hype: clear standards, honest measurement, and safeguards in from day one.
Today I'm applying that to my own ventures. I design, build and automate them myself, so quality scales without adding headcount.
